TICKET DETAILS AND POLICIES

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard online. To reduce spread of communicable diseases, we ask that you use Visa, Mastercard or debit cards for in-person sales. If no other method of payment is available to you, we may accept cash sales. Our only accepted currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Ticket prices include all fees & taxes.

Youth Rate
Our youth rate is for ages 6-22. Valid ID may be required for admittance; please be ready to present it at the door.

Group Rates
Groups of 10 adults or more save up to 15% off select adult prices. Regular performances only. Excludes previews & special events.

Children
All patrons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants and children under 6 are not admitted to performances other than Family Day performances.

Accessibility
If you require accessible seating or have any access needs we can meet, please call the Box Office at 604-739-0559.

Exchanges
No exchanges within 24 hours of the performance.
Within 7 days of the performance, exchanges are subject to a $2.50 fee per ticket. Exchanges are free when made more than 7 days before the performance.
All exchanges are subject to availability and any increases in seat price. All tickets are non-refundable. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Instead, please contact our Box Office before your scheduled performance for available options; we cannot exchange your tickets once the performance has passed.

Relaxed Performances
Relaxed Performances are for everyone and we welcome people into our theatre who may benefit from a more casual environment. During these performances, we have an open and encouraging attitude towards audience members moving, making noise, and exiting/entering the auditorium freely. Relaxed Performances also offer a good introductory experience if you’re attending Bard for the first time.

VocalEye
VocalEye described performances will be available for select matinee and evening performances of Much Ado About Nothing, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, and The Complete works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again] for those who are blind, partially sighted, and visually impaired.
