Gather your co-workers, club members, family or friends to enjoy a great performance, special perks and — best of all — big savings! We welcome any and all birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and other special celebrations.

Are you looking for a special way to reward your employees, thank volunteers or entertain clients? Treat them to the fun and excitement of live theatre at Bard on the Beach! We’ve put together five of the best reasons to bring a group to Bard this summer.

REASONS YOU SHOULD BRING A GROUP TO BARD

1. Save money
Book as a group (10 adult tickets or more) and receive up to 15% off regular ticket prices in zones A+, A and B, making a Bard performance more affordable than ever.

2. Reserved seating & flexibility
Pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% to reserve the best seats for your group. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before the performance date, when you can make final adjustments to your group numbers (which must include a minimum of 10 adult tickets).

3. Spaces to entertain
Reserve up to three picnic tables on the lawns surrounding our theatre tents (subject to availability). You can also rent our Marquee tent, located on the southside of the BMO Mainstage tent.

Group rates apply in zones A+, A and B of regular performances only. Groups may book into previews and special events at the regular rate to receive other group perks. May not be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Youth tickets and Flex and Season Pack vouchers.

The Bard Village opens one hour prior to curtain; groups receive no earlier access.
