We know that the cancellation of our season will strike a significant blow to Bard’s financial health. We hope you will decide to support our organization in these troubled times, to help ensure we can bring you entertaining and powerful theatre in our 2021 Season and beyond.

How to Book

Online

To book online, please log in to your account, and select a production. Or, after logging in, navigate to the season schedule and select a performance. Please check your desired performance date for ticket prices. If you require accessible seating, please call the Box Office at 604.739.0559.

Lines are open Monday – Friday from 10am – 4pm.

Exchange Policy

Tickets may be exchanged for a $2.50 fee per ticket, within 7 days of the performance. Exchanges are free if made more than 1 week in advance of the performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any increase in seat price. No exchanges within 24 hours of the performance. All tickets are non-refundable.

All patrons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. In consideration of the actors and other patrons, infants and children under 6 will not be admitted.

Accepted Currencies: Canadian Dollar (CAD)

Please note: Individual Bard performance tickets are only sold through the Bard website and Box Office. We do not work with secondary ticket sellers*. Please contact the Box Office if you have any questions, or see Bard tickets offered for sale elsewhere.

*Exceptions: vendors occasionally partner directly with us to offer tour packages or special event access; current partners include Costco.

Delivery Policy

We offer the following delivery methods for purchased tickets:

Print At Home Delivery

Tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment for scanning via mobile device to the email address on file, upon completion of your order. If you have purchased multiple tickets, please be careful about forwarding the PDF as each ticket has a unique barcode that must be scanned upon entry and can only be used once.

Screenshots or photos of tickets are not permissible and not accepted. You can also print the PDF and present it for scanning at the door.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up starting 1 hour prior to performance time from the Bard Box Office at our Festival location: 1695 Whyte Avenue in Vanier Park. Click here for directions and parking.

Mail Delivery

All mailed tickets are sent through Canada Post and are subject to a $2 service fee. Delivery time is dependent on Canada Post and is subject to Canada Post holiday closures. If the performance is within 14 days of the purchase date or the mailing address is outside of North America, tickets will not be mailed; instead, they can be collected at Will Call on the performance date or sent via email for mobile delivery.

Refund Policy

All orders are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged at minimum 24 hours before a performance and are subject to exchange fees. Please see the Exchange Policy above for details.
