Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard online. To reduce spread of communicable diseases, we ask that you use Visa, Mastercard or debit cards for in-person sales. If no other method of payment is available to you, we may accept cash sales. Our only accepted currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Ticket prices include all fees & taxes.

Youth Rate
Our youth rate is for ages 6-22. Valid ID is required for admittance and must be presented at the door.

Group Rates
Groups of 10 adults or more save up to 15% off select adult prices. Regular performances only. Excludes previews & special events.

Details

Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for a $2.50 fee per ticket, within 7 days of the performance. Exchanges are free if made more than 1 week in advance of the performance. All exchanges are subject to availability and any increase in seat price. No exchanges within 24 hours of the performance. All tickets are non-refundable.

In order to keep all patrons safe, please do not attend if you or anyone in your party are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or the common cold. Instead, please contact our Box Office for available options. If possible, please contact us prior to your scheduled performance’s start-time.

Children
All patrons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. In consideration of the actors and other patrons, infants and children under 6 will not be admitted to performances other than Family Day & Relaxed Performances.

Family Day & Relaxed Performance
Family Days are Relaxed Performances, where we welcome people into our theatre who may enjoy a more casual environment. During these performances, we have an open and encouraging attitude towards audience members moving, making noise, and exiting/entering the auditorium freely. New this year! Children aged 2-5 can attend Family Day performances with a ticket. Please contact Box Office for special pricing.

VocalEye described performances will be available for select matinee and evening performances of A Midsummer Night’s Dream on the BMO Mainstage, for those who are blind, partially sighted and visually impaired.
