Ticket prices include all fees & taxes.
Payment
We accept VISA and Mastercard online. We can also accept debit on-site at our Box Office from June 9 to September 19 (12-6pm daily). CAD is the only accepted currency.
Youth Price
Our Youth Price is for patrons ages 6-18. Valid ID may be required for admittance; please be ready to present it at the door.
Group Rates
Groups of 10 adults or more save up to 15% off select adult prices. Regular performances only. Excludes previews & special events. For more details visit out our Group Bookings page.
Children
All patrons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Infants and children under 6 are not permitted other than our three The Merry Wives of Windsor Family Day performances.

Relaxed Performance
Our Relaxed Performance is an afternoon of theatre in a more casual environment. Audience members are encouraged to move, make noise, or enter and exit the theatre as needed. There will also be low-sensory zones and extra on-site resources available. Relaxed Performances also offer a good introductory experience if you’re attending Bard for the first time.
VocalEye ![]()
VocalEye described performances will be available for select matinee and evening performances for those who are blind, partially sighted, and visually impaired. For VocalEye Special Pricing, please contact our Box Office.
Refund Policy
All orders are non-refundable. Please see the Exchange Policy below for our exchange policy.
In the case of show cancellations for health and safety reasons, please see the relevant section on our Health and Safety page.
Exchange Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Exchanges are not permitted within 24 hours of a performance.
Exchanges requested more than 3 days after the original purchase are subject to a $3 fee per ticket.
Exchanges made within 14 days of a performance are subject to a $5 fee per ticket (regardless of purchase date).
All exchanges are subject to any applicable increases in ticket price.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Instead, contact our Box Office before your scheduled performance to discuss available options. We cannot exchange tickets after the event start time has passed.
Note: Tickets purchased as part of a promotion or discount are subject to the terms of the offer and may not be eligible for an exchange.
Ticket Donation Policy
If a patron is unable to attend a performance and hasn’t gifted it to someone else, they can donate the value of their ticket(s) back to Bard and receive a tax receipt on amounts of $25.00 or more. Patrons must contact the Box Office before the performance begins, we cannot donate tickets once the performance has passed.
