I’m super excited to see Moya O’Connell tackle Coriolanus! She made such a powerful, lasting impression as Lady Macbeth last season. She looks absolutely stunning in that photo shoot, like a movie superheroine. Definitely an Emily Blunt Edge of Tomorrow vibe. I can hardly wait for this!

I am delighted to see such a great company of (largely) young actors at Bard. I am especially glad to see Charlie Gallant join the forces. His portrayal of Edmund Tyrone in Long Day`s Journey into Night at the Stratford Festival 2018 marked him as an artist to watch — and here he is! Bravo!

Casting is one of Bard’s great strengths.
Excited to see “old favourites like David Marr, Jennifer Lines, Scott Bellis, Colleen Wheeler and Bernard Cuffling who I have watched over many years, some more recent Bard players and some new actors yet to enthrall me.

very excited to see this lineup. And lest I seem derivative, I am not, but I congratulate you for casting a truly Canadian-looking cast. In diversity we have strength.
