When does the 2023 Festival run?

The 2023 Season will take place from June through September 2023. Exact start and end dates of the Festival to be announced. 

What is the difference between a Season Pack and a Flex Pack?

A Season Pack is one ticket voucher for each play, for a total of four vouchers. Season Packs come in Premium and Regular. 

A Flex Pack is a package of two, four or eight ticket vouchers, and can be used for any play or Opera & Arias performance. Flex Packs are redeemable for tickets in seating zones A, B and C. 

What is the difference between a Premium Season Pack and a Regular Season Pack?

A Premium Season Pack has access to every seat in the theatre. Premium Season Pack vouchers can be redeemed for tickets in seating zones A+, A, B and C. 

A Regular Season Pack has access to every seat in the theatre outside of the premium seats. Regular Season Pack vouchers can be redeemed for tickets in seating zones A, B and C.

Is it best to buy a Season and/or Flex Pack for my child to attend with us?

If your child is between the ages of 6 and 22, they are eligible for tickets at our Youth rate. We recommend purchasing a Pack for any adult in your party and then purchasing a Youth ticket for your child when redeeming your Pack vouchers. Please keep in mind that children under 6 are only admitted to our Family Days & Relaxed Performances. 

When can I redeem my Season or Flex Pack for tickets to a specific performance?

Season Pack vouchers can be redeemed for tickets starting two weeks before single tickets go on sale to the public. 

Flex Pack vouchers can be redeemed for tickets starting one week before single tickets go on sale to the public. 

I don’t want to go to all four plays. Can I exchange one of my Season Pack vouchers to receive two vouchers for one play?

No – a Season Pack is one voucher for each play. If you do not want to attend all four plays, we recommend purchasing a Flex Pack instead.
