A few things to note before you fill out this form:

Before you fill out this form, please double-check that you can commit to attending the performances you’re about to request.
Tickets are in high demand. We will respond to your request to confirm whether we are able to provide you with tickets.
We prefer to accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. If neither of these options are available to you, we will accept payment by cheque. Please note that payments by cheque have earlier deadlines than other forms of payment (see below for details). Please also note all payments are non-refundable.
