Before you fill out this form, please double-check that you can commit to attending the performances you’re about to request.
Tickets are in high demand. You should receive an auto-confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your request. We will then follow up via email to let you know if we’re able to fulfill your request.
We prefer to accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. If neither option is available to you, we will accept payment by cheque. Please note that payments by cheque have earlier deadlines than other forms of payment.
