Picnics by Emelle’s

Let Emelle’s, Bard’s Official Caterer, take care of your group with delicious picnics. There are options suited to every budget and taste with vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives!

When you purchase your play tickets, add a picnic (or two!) to your order or select your performance below at least 48 hours* before a performance to have them delivered to the Bard site, ready for when you arrive.

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact the Box Office at 604-739-0559 or [email protected] at least 3 business days before your performance.

 

*Must be ordered 48 hours in advance of the performance. Orders for weekend performances must be received by 2pm on Thursday afternoon.

 

Please note: Alcohol not purchased at Bard is prohibited on site. The Bar offers a selection of red and white wine plus draft beer and ciders for purchase

 

“Will’s Lite Bite” and the Charcuterie Boxes are not available for Bard Fireworks Nights. 

Will’s Lite Bite – $25 each (vegan/vegetarian options available)
  • two-bite brioche bun with chicken, bacon, and ranch
    cold cuts with tapenade spread, lettuce, and tomato

Et Tu Turkey – $36 each (vegan/vegetarian option available)

  • fresh roasted turkey & cranberry sandwich
    mutli-grain bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and house-made cranberry sauce
    vegan/vegetarian alternative – ‘un-tuna’ salad sandwich with shredded carrot and creamy herbed spread
  • broccoli poppy seed salad
  • ginger peach hand pie

Royal Banquet – $48 each (vegan/vegetarian option available)

two picnic boxes, one with salmon, salad and a panna cotta, the other with tofu. salad, and a panna cotta
  • 3oz agave-glazed wild salmon
    vegan/vegetarian alternative – agave-glazed tofu
  • rainbow quinoa salad with chipotle honey vinaigrette
  • mixed heritage greens salad with mango dressing
  • coconut lime panna cotta

all items in the Royal Banquet Picnic are dairy and gluten-free

Charcuterie Box for Two – $79 (vegetarian option available)

Family Picnic for Four – $150 each

family picnic with six sandwiches, three salads, and ginger peach cobbler

    blt, skipjack tuna salad, and bbq chicken
  • cucumber, watermelon, and feta salad with balsamic
  • emelle’s favourite french dijon potato salad
  • broccoli, cheddar, and craisin slaw
  • ginger peach cobbler
