How do 2025 Season Gift Vouchers work?
At this time, a 2025 Season Gift Voucher may be used towards the purchase of a Pack. We currently have our discounted Early Bird rates active until mid-January, and they will remain available for purchase at their regular rate until individual tickets go on sale in April 2025. After that, Season Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for individual tickets. You may purchase a 2025 Season Gift Voucher at the link below.
How do I gift a Bard on the Beach 2025 Season or Flex Pack?
To gift a Flex or Season Pack to someone, the Pack must be purchased under your account, and the recipient can call the Box Office with the order ID to redeem their vouchers for tickets starting in Spring 2025. All our Packs are available for a limited time only before our individual ticket sales go public.

“I didn’t receive any tickets after my Pack purchase! / How can I select my seats?”
All Bard on the Beach Packs contain electronic vouchers, which can be redeemed for tickets starting in Spring 2025. Ensure you are signed up for our marketing emails as we send reminders when specific booking dates have been updated. For more information regarding our Packs view our FAQ linked below.

Season Gift Vouchers
Bard on the Beach Season Gift Vouchers can be used for Flex or Season Packs and individual ticket booking. They may be redeemed by any Bard account holder, but once redeemed may only be used with that account. Season Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, Bard Boutique merchandise, or concession purchases.
To redeem a Season Gift Voucher, input the code, including dashes, into the Gift Voucher Code box during the checkout process.
PURCHASE FLEX AND SEASON PACKS
How to Book
We accept Visa and Mastercard online. Visa, Mastercard, or debit cards are accepted for in-person sales during our Festival Season (June-September).
Our only accepted currency is Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Individual Bard performance tickets are only sold through the Bard website and Box Office. We do not work with secondary ticket sellers. Please contact the Box Office if you have any questions, or see Bard tickets offered for sale elsewhere.
Bard on the Beach is committed to creating a safer, more inclusive environment, as free of harassment and discrimination as possible. If any person engages in harassment or discriminatory actions, Bard reserves the right to revoke their access without notice or refund.
Delivery Policy
We offer the following delivery methods for purchased tickets:
E-Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address on file upon completing your order and can be scanned directly from your mobile device. If you have purchased multiple tickets, please be careful about forwarding the PDF as each ticket has a unique QR code that must be scanned upon entry and can only be used once.
Screenshots or photos of tickets are not permissible and not accepted. The QR code on each ticket must be clear and visible. You can also print the PDF and present it for scanning at the door.
Will Call
Will Call tickets can be picked up starting one (1) hour prior to performance time from the Bard Box Office at our Festival location: 1695 Whyte Avenue in Sen̓áḵw/Vanier Park. We recommend picking up your tickets at least 30 minutes before showtime so that you don’t miss any of the performance.
Mail Delivery
Tickets are mailed through Canada Post and are subject to a $4 service fee. Delivery time is dependent on Canada Post and is subject to Canada Post holiday closures. If the performance is within 14 days of the purchase date or the mailing address is outside of North America, tickets will not be mailed; instead, they can be collected at Will Call or sent as e-tickets to the email address on file.
Exchange Policy
No exchanges within 24 hours of the performance.
Within seven (7) days of the performance, exchanges are subject to a $2.50 fee per ticket.
Exchanges are free when made more than seven (7) days before the performance.
All exchanges are subject to availability and any increases in seat price. All tickets are non-refundable.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Instead, please contact our Box Office before your scheduled performance for available options; we cannot exchange your tickets once the performance has passed.
Refund Policy
All orders are non-refundable. Please see the Exchange Policy above for exchange policy.
