It takes a lot of time and people power to get the Bard Village and our two tents up and ready for you, and the work has begun!
If you were down at Vanier Park anytime this week, you will have seen a number of people working away: digging holes, hammering 2x4s and carting in materials.
The work at the Bard site in Vanier Park began last Monday and each day brings glimpses of what’s to come.
In this picture, you see the tent bases going into the ground, and in the photo below, the construction of a tent truss.
Each day you’ll be able to see more and more progress, until…HUZZAH! the Bard Village lives again in time for our first performance on June 12!
