  • Communicate with Front of House staff before showtime, prepare box office reports as needed and resolve ticketing issues during Will Call.
  • Communicate goals and updates in procedures, offers and promotions and time-sensitive information to Box Office staff.
  • Update patron files, deactivate spam accounts, merge duplicate accounts and other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide ticketing support. Specific duties will be assigned to support the Education Department with school groups, the Development Department with sponsor events or the Operations Department with group bookings and patron requests. Tasks include booking tickets, tracking ticket availability, contacting groups for payment, monitoring holds, managing accessibility needs, assisting with at-venue changes and requests.
