BRING YOUR GROUP TO BARD ON THE BEACH! 

Benefits of Group Booking include: 

  • Savings of 15% on groups of 10 or more, in A+, A, and B seating zones. 
  • Prearranged Picnics by Emelle’s ordered in advance. (Additional costs apply.) 
  • Picnic table reservations. Enjoy your own food, pre-ordered Emelle’s picnics, or snacks and drinks from our concession. 
  • Reserved seating with a 50% deposit, and booking flexibility until final payment is received, no later than 3 weeks before the performance.

        NEED A DEDICATED EVENT SPACE? 

        For groups of 10-25, we have two dedicated event spaces if you wish to host a more elevated experience:

        The Side Bar:
        Located just inside the gates, beside the Douglas Campbell Theatre Tent, the Side Bar has a dedicated bar and seating area to host your gathering. It can accommodate catering needs and a hosted bar, if that’s your preference. 

        The Pavilion:
        This covered tent can accommodate approximately 25 standing people and is handily accessible to our main concession bar. Pre-ordered drinks and picnics are also available. 

        Both spaces allow for early admission to set up, signs indicating that your event is private, and seating and tables.  


        Additional costs may apply. Please note that we’re unable to accommodate outside alcoholic beverages on our site.

         LARGER GROUPS

        Our Marquee Tent is our largest private event space, with the ability to host up to 200 guests, and has everything you need to impress your guests with a VIP Entrance, private bar, and scenic view of False Creek.  

        This area can accommodate catering including hot food stations and dedicated catering staff. Booking the marquee tent includes intermission service for you and your guests.  

        Approximately 45 guests can fit comfortably standing in the marquee tent with the ability to expand on the lawn and to add extra tents, tables and catering stations.

        Terms & Conditions:
        Group rates apply to tickets in zones A+, A, and B of regular performances and Bard Fireworks Nights. Groups may book into previews and special events at the regular rate to receive other group perks.

        May not be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Youth Tickets and Flex and Season Pack vouchers. Group rates are not valid on Bard Fireworks Nights or any production’s Opening or Closing Nights.

        The Bard Village opens one hour prior to curtain; groups do not receive early access.
