Group Bookings

Bard on the Beach offers a unique outing for your group this summer. It’s perfect for corporate social clubs, client appreciation events, birthdays, alumni associations, book clubs, sports leagues, retirement communities, industry associations, conference delegates, and more!

Make it a day to remember by spending time with your group watching world-class theatre with views of the ocean and mountains. There is time to catch up before the show and during intermission!

Savings
Groups of 10 or more save 15% on regular tickets! That’s a discount of up to $15 per ticket. Groups must be booked by submitting the form below OR by contacting our Box Office directly at 604-739-0559. Applies to A+, A, and B seating zones.

Please note, discount is applied when at least 10 Regular priced tickets are included in the order. Discounted or Youth tickets do not count toward the minimum 10 ticket total.

The Bard Village opens one hour prior to curtain; groups do not receive early access.

Benefits of Group Booking

  • Group Ticket Rate: Groups receive savings of 15% on groups of 10 or more, in A+, A, and B seating zones. 
  • Flexible Booking: Reserved seating with a 50% deposit*. You can adjust your numbers until final payment is received. 
  • Picnic Table Reservations: Groups can reserve up to 3 picnic tables**. Enjoy your own food, or pre-order snacks and drinks from our concession. 
  • Private Event Spaces: For groups of 15+, we have two dedicated event spaces if you wish to host a more elevated experience.

Group rates are not available for Previews, Relaxed Performances, other Special Events, Youth Ticket Types, C+ and C zone tickets.

*Deposit is non-refundable and all bookings must be paid in full within 3 weeks to the event to avoid cancellation.
**Not all the picnic tables are covered. Plan for the weather.

Additional Details

  • Standard group packages must be booked five (5) days in advance. Catering packages need to be booked three weeks (21 days) in advance.   
    • A 50% deposit is required to reserve a group booking, and final payment is due three weeks (21 days) prior to the performance. Bookings for performances within a four (4) week timeframe cannot be reserved with a deposit and must be paid upfront in full. 
    • Custom packages with catering available upon request.  
    • Upgrades for hosting space are available for a fee.  
    • No outside alcoholic beverages allowed.  
      • Group rates cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Youth Tickets and Flex and Season Pack vouchers. Group rates are not valid for Previews, Fireworks Nights, or any Opening or Closing Nights. 
      • The Bard Village opens one hour prior to curtain; groups do not receive early access to the site.
