Community Access Tickets

I hope the Bard on the Beach company and volunteers know how much it means to me to attend a professional theatre performance. It is something that is beyond my financial means. The volunteer staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. – Member, Kettle Society

Bard on the Beach is committed to making theatre accessible to everyone by removing social, physical and financial barriers to attending our Festival. Our Community Access program helps us achieve this goal.

2023 Community Access Ticket requests will open May 2023

If you know an organization that would benefit from receiving Community Access tickets, or if you have any questions regarding the program, please email marketing@bardonthebeach.org.

Looking for ticket donations to use for your event or fundraiser? Please fill out our ticket donation request form on our Donation Requests page.

COMMUNITY ACCESS TICKETS ELIGIBILITY

Our program offers tickets to groups – we cannot offer Community Access tickets to individuals. Instead, we suggest that individuals looking to experience our Festival take part in our Volunteer program or speak to our Box Office about ticket rates. Community Access tickets are for organizations that work with individuals who face one or more barriers to attending the Festival, including but not limited to financial, physical and social.

Organizations located within the Lower Mainland or surrounding areas will be given priority.
