Each summer Bard on the Beach brings thousands of people together for unforgettable experiences framed by the ocean breezes and open skies on the shores of Sen̓áḵw. For many, the sight of our iconic red and white tents marks the true beginning of summer.
But behind the magic of the stage and setting lies a deeper story, one of cultural impact and community connection. Every season we welcome 80,000 people through our gates and over our thirty-six years more than two million people have engaged with our summer festival. Through it all, we’ve remained dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive community that strengthens our sense of belonging and pride in the city we call home.
