HOW TO BOOK

Online – 24/7

To book online, please log in to your account, and select the production or event.

To use a Bard gift certificate, please input the gift certificate code (starting with V- and including the dashes) into the gift certificate box during the checkout process. Any remaining funds from your Bard gift certificate will be saved to your account for future use. If you have any difficulties accessing your online account, please email our Box Office or see our FAQ below for some potential solutions.

To purchase by telephone, please call the Box Office at 604.739.0559. Lines are open Monday – Friday from 12pm – 4pm PT.

To schedule a callback with our Box Office team outside of those hours, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and preferred time. Callbacks can be made Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm PT, but arrangements may be made to accommodate other times.

WATCH PARTY

Special this year is the chance to have a Watch Party of Done/Undone by Kate Besworth with your family and friends!

A Watch Party provides you and your select group a special digital screening where you can watch simultaneously from your own homes, interact with one another directly via the live chat feature and receive a discount on ticket pricing.

DELIVERY POLICY

All performances and events in our 2021 digital Festival will be accessible online via a link unique to you.

Done/Undone and Wine Wednesday are presented through OVERTURE+. A link to the production is included in your ticket confirmation email. You can use that link to access the production when you’re ready to view. As Wine Wednesday is a live event, you’ll need to access that link on the date of the event.

All other events will be presented through Zoom. Once you’ve registered for the event, your Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the event date.

EXCHANGE POLICY

For our digital season, all exchanges are free of charge. However, please note that we cannot make exchanges once your performance or event has passed. If you’d like to exchange events, please contact the Box Office at least one business day before the event.

REFUND POLICY

All tickets to on-demand productions are non-refundable. If you purchased tickets to a special screening date and are no longer able to attend, you may exchange into an alternate date or an on-demand ticket for that production. Please see the Exchange Policy above for details.

For Done/Undone, we provide the following language caption options:

For events presented through Zoom, please enable captions by clicking the Closed Caption or Live Transcript button directly within Zoom.

Audio Description

Audio Description is provided in partnership with VocalEye for patrons who are blind or partially sighted. The described video begins with a descriptive introduction that lasts 3min 15sec.

VocalEye is a non-profit society, registered charity and the first live descriptive arts service for the blind in Canada.

To purchase tickets to this version of Done/Undone, choose the “Audio Description” option under Buy Tickets.

COMMUNITY TICKETS

Our Community Access program partners with organizations in order to provide complimentary tickets to groups that otherwise face barriers to attending our Festival. In 2021, we are offering digital tickets to the on-demand film of Done/Undone. FAQs

Why does the On-Demand version of Done/Undone say October 31 and 11:59pm?
The date and time for the On-Demand version of Done/Undone lets you know until when the production is available for viewing – you’ll be able to view on-demand starting August 12 from 8:30pm until October 31, 11:59pm.
How come the only delivery option is “Leave my tickets at the box office”? I thought this is a digital production.

As our system is normally meant for in-person live theatre, this is the least confusing option – believe it or not! Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you will receive a link to the streaming page in your confirmation email. There is nothing to be picked up. 

Is Done/Undone appropriate for my children?

Done/Undone contains mature themes and strong language. We advise all guardians to take that into consideration when deciding whether to watch Done/Undone with children. 

What is the difference between a Single and a Household ticket?
  1. Single ticket is for one person in a household to watch the production. You will receive one link that is unique to you. This cannot be shared with someone under a different IP address to watch either at the same or a different time.
  2. Household ticket is for two or more persons in one household to watch the production. You will receive one link that is unique to you. This cannot be shared with someone under a different IP address to watch either at the same or a different time.

While we understand that two or more persons in one household can watch the production on a Single ticket, we hope you’ll support us by opting for a Household ticket!

How do I watch Done/Undone?

Done/Undone is presented through OVERTURE+. To access the play, please click on the link in your confirmation email after purchasing a ticket. If you have difficulties accessing the link, please visit our Streaming FAQs or contact our Box Office. 

Will there be closed captions or subtitles?
Closed Captioning is available in English, French, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified) and Arabic. Captioning can be switched on or off on the film playback page.
Will there be sign language interpretation available?

No, we are not able to offer sign language interpretation for our productions at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

I’m encountering difficulties logging in or accessing your website.

When accessing our website, please make sure you are using the most updated version of your web browser of choice. We recommend Chrome or Firefox. You can also try deleting the cache and cookies in your web browser settings, and then refreshing our website.
