One of the most spectacular wine and food events in the city – an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar. Gala proceeds in support Bard on the Beach.
The Bacchanalia Gala begins with a sparkling wine reception at 6pm, and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s executive chef Cameron Ballendine. All topped off with live music and dancing.
And if that’s not enough, live and silent auctions throughout the evening feature extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants.
A must for any serious wine collector!
